What materials are your jewelry made from?
Léamor Créations jewelry is made of 14K gold filled, also called 14K laminated gold. Our stones are semi-precious stones which are detailed in the description of our jewelry. We also use freshwater pearls and keishi. We continue to research other types of stones and pearls to offer you the widest choice of creation.
What is gold filled or rolled gold?
Gold filled or laminated gold is the best alternative to solid gold in terms of quality and durability. It is a technique that initially came from the United States. It consists of applying, by a mechanical process, a real layer of 14K gold on a metal base generally made of brass. The weight of gold corresponds to 1/20 of the total weight of the product, approximately 50 to 100 times more than in a gold-plated product.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes, our Léamor Créations jewelry is hypoallergenic. They are guaranteed free of lead, nickel and cadmium, which are heavy metals with deleterious effects on our health.
Does your jewelry go in water?
Our gold filled jewelry, also called “laminated gold,” can be put in water for daily wear.
However, in order to preserve your jewelry as long as possible, we advise you to avoid contact with salt or chlorinated water, perfume, chemicals, and to remove them during your sports sessions.
What are the manufacturing times?
Manufacturing times can vary from 3 to 10 working days depending on the number of orders, the quantity of product ordered or the complexity of the product requested.
How do I take care of my jewelry?

DELIVERY
What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped by post within 2 to 5 working days in mainland France and internationally up to 10 working days. However, delays may occur.
How to track my order ?
You will receive a tracking number by email to follow the delivery of your order by post. You can track your package directly on our website or on the post office website.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver internationally. Please note, please inquire about any taxes and customs fees depending on your country, these costs remain your responsibility.
BACK
I changed my mind, what should I do?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after receipt of your package to return your order to us (except personalized jewelry). We will offer you an exchange or refund (excluding delivery costs). You can consult our return conditions in the returns policy page of our website.
What are the return conditions?
Your jewelry should only be returned after you have contacted our customer service. Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, must be intact and unworn. We advise you to check our returns conditions in the returns policy page of our website.
Are there return costs?
Return costs are your responsibility. We advise you to return your package with the tracking option. Indeed, in the event of loss Léamor Créations cannot be held responsible.
DEFAULTS
My jewelry arrived broken, what should I do?
Despite the care taken when preparing your order, it is possible that a piece of jewelry arrives damaged or that it is defective. To do this, you have 24 hours after receipt of the order to notify us by email at the address “ contact@leamorcreations.com ” and request an exchange or credit (valid for 6 months). Don't forget to include your order number as well as a photo of the item.
